The Position

You will be responsible for attending calls for inquiries at Frank.co.th policies to interested referrals (no cold calling). Your job will require great communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong knowledge of Frank’s products.

Job Description and Expectations

  • Advise and educate potential customers on our products and give reference information
  • Help customers answer inquiries about products by following a prepared script
  • Track and document transactions by completing forms and record logs
  • Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data

Your Profile

  • Aged over 20
  • Vocational education certificate
  • Witty, playful, persuasive and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent selling and communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Passion to help people save time, money and gain peace of mind
